Disputes are a fact of modern life. Understanding and dealing with a dispute in a professional and commercial way has never been more important. Our Dispute Resolution lawyers act for a broad spectrum of individual and commercial clients in a wide range of complex disputes. |
You will work on all aspects of the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency offering led by a recognised Tier 1 leader in the space. |
To advise the firm’s clients on a wide range of Non-Contentious Restructuring & Insolvency matters, advisory, and contentious insolvency assignments, acting for insolvency practitioners, corporates, directors, distressed investors, lenders and creditors. This will include:
- Business turnaround and refinancing
- Corporate insolvency and Companies Act offences
- Personal Insolvency
- Directors duties & responsibilities
- Participation in the marketing and business development of the firm’s practice, and in particular the Restructuring & Insolvency offering;
- Writing articles and blogs, contributing towards seminars and meeting with prospective and current clients and referrers
- Maintaining and developing links with existing referrers of work and raising your own, the department’s and the firm’s profile
- Other such appropriate duties as and when required.
