Our associates work closely with a number of partners in the provision of services to those facing enforcement or regulatory investigations – particularly: firms and professionals in the legal and accountancy sectors, medical professionals, university students, as well as those subject to health & safety enforcement action. Associates can expect to receive hands on exposure to a variety of interesting cases - building on and developing their drafting skills, preparation of witness statements, legal analysis, people management and client care skills. We aim to develop associates and have seen excellent promotion and retention rates.
We’re also always keen to see candidates who adopt an open ‘growth mind-set’ – and can contribute ideas around ways to improve processes and services for the future, as well as showing a strong interest in business development, networking and marketing.
As always – whilst we are very proud of the work we do, it is our people who are the key to our success. KN is ranked the best Law Firm in London (by Best Companies) and we have a number of initiatives and programmes in place to ensure that our people feel included, happy and motivated at work. We look for committed, reflective and diverse team players whose core values align with ours.
We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits and a flexible/hybrid working model. We are also always genuinely happy to consider flexible working applications and we welcome applications from those who have outside commitments & responsibilities and need to work flexibly.
